Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days from receiving your item to request a return via email at info@orthostatmedicalsupply.com.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging).

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@orthostatmedicalsupply.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided by OrthoSTAT. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items and gift cards (all sales final)

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method or by check within 10 business days.

Warranties, Exchanges & Returns

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty:

New items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If no specific warranty is stated in the product manual or insert, the default warranty period is 90 days, subject to applicable state laws.

 

Exchanges & Returns:

• New, unused items in resalable condition can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt, subject to a 30% restocking fee.

• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense in original packaging and per OrthoSTAT’s return instructions.

• Once received and inspected, a refund of 70% of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax will be issued.
