Referral Process
Step 1: Fax or email order form (prescription) to OrthoSTAT
Step 2: We verify insurance coverage and contact the patient
Step 3: We schedule appointment to deliver, fit, and instruct the patient
Step 4: Billing processed with patient’s health insurance plan
